Lead daily operations at OZZ Electric as a Warehouse Lead focused on efficiency and staff management. This on-site role involves overseeing inventory and coordinating with supervisors while ensuring a safe workspace.

As the Warehouse Lead, you will manage warehouse staff and assist in all operations reporting directly to the Shop Supervisor.

Your role includes organizing tools, fulfilling site material orders, and maintaining vehicle fleets. You’ll contribute to both operational workflow and safety in this critical position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff and warehouse operations daily

• Plan delivery schedules with company drivers

• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of tools

• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness

• Perform minor repairs and ensure safety compliance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Valid driver’s license (Class
5) and Forklift license

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• First Aid certification is a plus
