Pipeline: Audit Senior - International Services

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Senior Assistant Auditor to join our audit team. In this role, you will take ownership of key audit areas, supervise junior team members, and work closely with managers and clients to deliver high-quality audit engagements.

The division works primarily with our offices in the Netherlands and services a broad spectrum of clients in the corporate and financial services sectors. The division operates in a hybrid business model from Gqeberha.

The purpose of this role will be to execute audits of financial services clients such as banks, pension funds, alternative investment funds, insurers and multinational corporates for the Dutch office of Forvis Mazars. You will be responsible for leading junior staff and ensuring that audits are performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and the quality standards of Forvis Mazars.

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Progress towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. "RA, CA(SA), ACCA, ACA or equivalent").
• Previous audit experience and a solid understanding of audit methodology and financial reporting frameworks.
• Completed SAICA articles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• International experience advantageous.
