Position: Junior Accounts Manager - PE - Half Day
Location: Gqeberha

Technical Competencies &

Experience:

Bookkeeping & Transactions:
Post daily journal entries, process vendor invoices, and record customer payments.

Account Reconciliations:
Perform monthly bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.

Financial Reporting Support:
Help prepare balance sheets, income statements, and basic financial reports.

Month-End Closing:
Assist with accruals, prepayments, and ledger closing activities.

Audit & Tax Prep:
Gather data, organize receipts, and compile schedules for external audits and tax filings.

Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate and fix billing errors or mismatched transaction records.
