The Construction Project Scheduler will play a pivotal role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for large‑scale construction initiatives in the Eastern Cape region. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Scheduler will develop detailed timelines, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of project delivery and supporting WBHO’s reputation for on‑time completion.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for senior management and clients.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, resources, or external factors.
