You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and site supervisors, learning essential skills for building and infrastructure development.

We are looking for individuals who are physically capable, safety-conscious, and possess a strong desire to learn and contribute to successful construction projects.

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, such as carpentry, masonry, and general labor.
• Learn and apply safe work practices and site procedures diligently.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Transport materials and equipment around the construction site as needed.
• Participate in site clean-up and organization efforts.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople precisely.

• Completion of Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
