About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to lead civil infrastructure teams in Port Elizabeth . This hands-on role involves direct supervision of construction crews, ensuring that projects such as roads, bridges, and water systems are built efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing equipment, and upholding quality standards in alignment with project specifications.

• Supervise and direct daily activities of construction crews on civil infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Operate and manage construction equipment effectively and safely.
• Monitor work progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with site managers, engineers, and crew members.

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery operation and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
