Duties

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors to push boundaries.
Mentor junior designers, shaping their eye and sharpening their craft.
Stay ahead of design and motion trends, ensuring our work isn’t just current—but culture-shaping.

Requirements

Submit a portfolio with your cv
, that proves you’ve mastered both static design and motion
Portfolio’s to be presented in PDF or online platforms
2+ years Design or Advertising industry experience, where craft and concept collide
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and motion design workflows
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and storytelling
A collaborative spirit with leadership flair—someone who can design, direct, and inspire

Advantageous

Play with 3D, sound design, or generative tools
Have a love for experimenting and bending the rules of the grid
