Preschool Program Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Preschool Program Coordinator to lead and manage their innovative early learning program in Port Elizabeth . • Develop, implement, and evaluate the preschool curriculum in alignment with best practices and educational standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a team of preschool teachers and assistants, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Manage daily operations of the preschool, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring a safe environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and fostering strong home-school partnerships.
• Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements for early childhood education centers.

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and staff management.
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and administrative software.
