Head of Department - Physics

Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Department for Physics to lead their science faculty in Port Elizabeth . This leadership role involves overseeing the physics curriculum, managing a team of dedicated educators, fostering a culture of scientific inquiry, and ensuring academic excellence. • Lead and manage the Physics Department , including curriculum development, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in physics .
• Conduct regular performance reviews for department staff and provide constructive feedback and professional development support.
• Ensure the department meets all academic standards and regulatory requirements.

• A Master's or PhD degree in Physics or a related science field.
