Die Tertianum Gruppe sucht eine/einen Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ zur Mitarbeit im Haus Tertianum Sonnenplatz in Emmen (LU). Sie übernehmen ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege unserer Gäste im Rahmen des Pflegeleitbildes und des Pflegeprozesses.
Sie arbeiten als Bezugsperson Pflege, unterstützen im Pflegeprozess und dokumentieren elektronisch mit Care Coach. Wir bieten Weiterbildung, einen zusätzlichen freien Tag im Geburtstagsmonat und günstiges Mittagessen.
