Automotive aftermarket concern is seeking a highly experienced Product Design Engineer with the follow prerequisite.
Requirements:- Design, development, industrialization and implementation of aftermarket products and related sub-assemblies and components.
- Validation of product design by DV testing versus customer and internal engineering specifications.
Experience:
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Product engineering and project management role within the automotive manufacturing industry (4-6 years minimum)
- Strong working knowledge of design and engineering principles centered around DFM & APQP processes.
- Proven skills in project management, consulting and negotiation, decision making, control and follow up, organizing and planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively summarize and present to all levels within the organization.

- CAD
- CAE
- Project management software
- SAP systems
