Senior Process Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Conduct process simulations, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead process improvement projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical reactions, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass transfer.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and CAD tools.
• Experience with safety protocols, risk assessments (HAZOP), and environmental compliance.
