Controls and Automation Engineer

• Design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for new and existing processes.
• Develop and maintain automation control strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues during production.
• Implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies for automated equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Proficiency with major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA software.
• Experience with industrial networks (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP) and VFDs.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control logic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
