- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes and systems.

- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design, engineering, and project management.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
