Management Accountant

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Com Finance Degree or Diploma in Cost Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• SAP knowledge is inherent
• Proficient in MS Excel - strong financial awareness
• Good planning, organizational and administrative skills, with a proactive, structured approach

• Guiding all local financial decisions
• Work closely with the finance and controlling manager and the general manager to further improve the business
• Cost accounting
• Inventory management
• (In) tangible asset management
• Project accounting management
• Monitor and report on long-outstanding purchase orders
• Prepare and report on cash planning status (weekly and monthly)
• Process and maintenance postings regarding the general ledger
• Review, control and post accruals as instructed by the finance and controlling manager
• GRN account analysis and reconciliation
• Oversee, prepare and update the necessary financial information for the project reports (PSM)
• Prepare and update the necessary financial information for the month-end reports
• Assist with audits and preparation
• Assist with the preparation of the budget and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation and calculation of RFQs
• Preparation of the AIS claim
