Senior Accounts Manager

Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Hire Resolve client is looking for an experienced and capable Senior Accounts Manager to join their team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
• Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders
• Participate in financial planning and decision-making at the senior management level

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the local business and regulatory environment in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
