Fund Accountant

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a National Diploma with relevant experience

• Professional certification (preferred)

• 3 - 5 years of experience

• Familiar with South Africa’s local financial policies

• Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork ability

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Power Point

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for daily fund collection and payment, ledger registration, foreign exchange settlement, foreign currency verification, and other related tasks

• Responsible for managing bank account information, docking with the bank's various payment approval procedures

• Keep and manage receipts, checks and other important financial documents

• Responsible for bank reconciliation and fund inventory work, and preparing monthly bank balance reconciliation statements

• Responsible for the preparation of fund revenue and expenditure plans and budget control of daily fund payments

• Responsible for submitting various capital reports in accordance with shareholder requirements

• Cooperate with financial auditors and provide relevant financial documents

• Assist in other daily financial and administrative work assigned by the finance manager
