This senior role involves managing key client accounts, driving business growth within the finance vertical, and mentoring other consultants. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to place high-caliber finance professionals.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the finance and accounting sector.
• Source, assess, and place finance professionals ranging from junior roles to C-suite executives.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the finance industry.
• Mentor and coach junior recruitment consultants, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Actively participate in business development to identify and secure new client opportunities.

• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in finance and accounting recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Deep understanding of the finance job market, including key players and talent trends.
• Proven ability to recruit for specialized finance roles, such as CA(SA), CFA, and financial analysts.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
