Job DescriptionTo accelerate its AI & Digital Transformation, Europ Assistance is looking for an AI Transformation Manager who can turn strategy into concrete impact. Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, you will shape, steer and scale the Group‑wide AI Business Transformation Program, ensuring AI becomes a real driver of productivity, growth and operational excellence across all markets.
Responsibilities Group‑wide Governance & Steering- Build the Framework:
Establish and run effective governance that ensures alignment across international markets and clear decision‑making for AI adoption. - Cross‑functional Alignment:
Coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Risk, HR and Strategy to embed AI into broader Group processes seamlessly.
- Identify & Size:
Work with Business Units to run structured discovery on AI use cases and size their potential business value. - Drive Results:
Build strong business cases, define KPIs and help teams turn abstract ideas into actionable initiatives. - Pilot to Scale:
Support countries in moving from successful pilots to full‑scale enterprise deployments, sharing reusable assets and best practices.
- Define Standards:
Establish and cascade solid processes and monitoring tools to ensure all AI development is compliant with EU regulations and internal Group guidelines. - Global Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the correct implementation of these safety, security and ethical standards across all international markets.
- Monitor Success:
Track the adoption and value creation of flagship AI programs globally. - Executive Visibility:
Build dashboards and reports for senior management to communicate progress, ROI and key challenges clearly.
- Build AI Culture:
Promote success stories and share learnings to foster a strong internal AI community. - Horizon Scanning:
Monitor emerging AI trends and advise leadership on potential disruptions or strategic bets worth exploring.
- The Orchestrator:
Excel at stakeholder management and coordinate cross‑functional teams toward a common goal. - Structured Thinker:
Translate ambiguous business challenges into robust, secure, and scalable AI opportunities with a concise, outcome‑oriented style. - Proactive Problem Solver:
Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. - Multicultural adaptability and C1 English proficiency.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field. - Experience:
5+ years in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation; consulting or insurance experience a major plus. - AI Literacy:
Solid understanding of enterprise AI use cases, familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompting, and liaising with engineers. - Tools:
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio a strong plus.
