Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to identify IT and technology requirements
- Conduct site assessments and solution discovery sessions
- Design and present solutions across:
- Managed IT Services
- Networking & Infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud
- Cybersecurity
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and solution designs
- Support sales teams in presenting solutions and closing opportunities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
- Strong knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and server fundamentals
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing environment
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
- Experience in IT pre-sales, managed services, or IT sales
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CCNA, CompTIA, Mikro Tik, Sophos, etc.)
- Experience with cloud technologies, firewalls, and managed IT solutions
