You will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to our client's software and hardware products. • Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear explanations.
• Escalate challenging issues to senior technicians or development teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role .
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking protocols, and common software applications.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
