Our client, a specialized recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join their dynamic team based in Port Elizabeth . This role focuses on sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals for a range of clients in the technology sector. You will leverage your deep understanding of the IT landscape and your extensive network to identify top talent for roles ranging from software development to cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure.

• Source, attract, and screen high-quality IT professionals for contract and permanent positions.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage client relationships, understand their technical requirements, and provide market insights.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for IT talent.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT market trends to proactively source relevant candidates.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted recruitment campaigns for IT roles.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in IT recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
• Proven ability to source candidates through advanced search techniques and industry networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
