Our Business Intelligence team plays a critical role in analysing data, developing reporting solutions, and ensuring the integrity of information across multiple systems. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights, building reporting solutions, and supporting the business through accurate, consistent, and governed data.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support Finance, Operations, and Retail business decisions
- Design, build, and optimise SQL reporting views and reusable data models
- Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Analyse data across multiple systems to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Validate and reconcile data across business systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain SQL, Excel, and BI reports to meet business reporting requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful business insights
- Contribute to reporting governance, documentation, and data quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working across multiple business systems and departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting role
- Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including writing and maintaining SQL views
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, POS, or similar business systems will be advantageous
- Valid driver's licence
