- Track unit economics and explain budget variance monthly.

- Make outcome-driven decisions using KPIs and measurable targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the business, shaping demand and framing requests against value, cost, and risk.
- Run business reviews and challenge requests diplomatically.
- Own end-to-end service performance, managing vendor performance through SLAs, scorecards, and trend analysis.
- Escalate failures with evidence and root-cause analysis, providing commercial recommendations.
- Drive the product’s security, risk, and compliance posture, including access, identity, and privilege governance.
- Ensure BCP/DR plans are documented and tested.
- Bring an outside-in perspective via market scanning, benchmarking, and customer discovery.
- Act as a thought leader, translating market trends into strategic advantages.
- Own key architecture and technical trade-off decisions, understanding the product’s technology stack.
- Ensure all technical decisions are evidence-based, standards-aligned, and support performance, resilience, scalability, and security.
- Deep understanding of IT systems, technical architecture, integrations, and data.
- Hands-on technical or engineering background.
- Experience in IT product ownership or technical product management.
- Strong technical depth in architecture, cloud, integration, or software delivery.
- Industry experience in logistics and/or warehousing.
- Skills in Architecture, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Management, and Strategic Thinking.
- An engaging, dynamic work environment within a leading organization.
- Opportunities to influence strategic direction and technological advancements.
- Competitive remuneration aligned with your expertise.
