Information Security Analyst - Threat Intelligence

Our client is seeking a proactive Information Security Analyst specializing in Threat Intelligence for their Port Elizabeth office. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and reporting on cyber threats that could impact the organization. You will leverage various data sources and tools to understand adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), providing actionable intelligence to enhance defensive measures. This hybrid role allows for focused work remotely and collaborative engagement in the office, contributing to a cutting-edge threat defense program.

• Monitor and analyze threat intelligence feeds, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and industry reports.
• Identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attacker trends relevant to the organization.
• Develop detailed threat profiles and reports on adversary TTPs.
• Provide timely and actionable intelligence to security operations and incident response teams.
• Support the development of defensive strategies based on threat intelligence.
• Conduct research on specific threat actors and campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in threat intelligence, security operations, or a related security role.
