Operations Manager-Fruit COLD Storage

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Operations Manager who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the operation with minimal training and supervision.

Specific experience within a FRUIT COLD STORAGE FACILITY is essential.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a fruit cold storage facility
• Ensure smooth and efficient movement of fruit, pallets and consignments
• Manage operational teams and ensure staff are performing effectively
• Coordinate cold-room, dispatch and loading operations
• Ensure operational procedures and requirements are followed
• Manage operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure effective coordination between operations, dispatch, transport and management
• Monitor productivity, workflow and operational performance
• Ensure the facility operates efficiently and according to required standards
• Take ownership of operational responsibilities with minimal management intervention

• Experienced in fruit cold storage operations
• Able to hit the ground running
