Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Bank Manager to lead their branch in Port Elizabeth . This leadership role involves overseeing all branch operations, driving sales performance, managing a team of banking professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for achieving branch targets, implementing strategic initiatives, and maintaining a strong presence within the local community.

- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team sales and service goals.
- Manage daily branch operations, including cash handling, security procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive sales of the bank's products and services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure a superior customer experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships within the local community to enhance the bank's brand and market share.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and South African regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze branch performance data and develop effective business strategies.
