Position Summary

Our client is looking for a You Tube Growth Specialist to lead strategy and execution for their clients’ You Tube channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist and creative storyteller who understands how to grow audiences, increase watch time, and convert viewers into loyal subscribers. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to shape high-impact video campaigns for a variety of brands.

• Develop and implement comprehensive You Tube growth strategies—including content planning, channel optimization, and audience development—for multiple clients.

• Conduct SEO research to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists for discoverability.

• Analyze channel performance metrics (watch time, retention, CTR, audience demographics) and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to create engaging video concepts and thumbnails that drive clicks and watch time.

• Manage upload schedules, ensuring consistent publishing cadence and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to continually grow subscribers and engagement.

• Identify opportunities for cross-promotion, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to expand reach.

• Proven track record of growing You Tube channels—preferably for brands, agencies, or creators with 10k+ subscribers.

• Strong understanding of You Tube analytics, SEO, and the Creator Studio backend.

• Experience with tools such as Tube Buddy, VidIQ, or similar analytics/SEO platforms.

• Ability to craft compelling video titles, descriptions, and thumbnail briefs that drive clicks and engagement.

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset for working with creative teams and clients.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with flexible hours.

• Familiarity with Jewish culture or interest in learning is a plus.
