Job Responsibilities- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the registered nurse promptly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe patient environment, including tidying beds, changing linen, and ensuring supplies are readily available.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and supportive process.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a compassionate and caring atmosphere.
- Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhanced patient care and operational efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to Netcare's values and caring principles in all interactions and tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Demonstrate a strong personal work ethic, taking initiative and accountability for assigned duties.

- Proven ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing patient needs and hospital environments.
