Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector

Our client, a well-established aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility in Port Elizabeth , is seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Aircraft Quality Assurance Inspector . This role is essential for upholding the stringent safety and quality standards mandated by aviation authorities and our client's operational policies. You will conduct comprehensive inspections of maintenance work, documentation, and procedures to ensure full compliance and airworthiness.

• Perform detailed inspections of aircraft, components, and maintenance activities to verify compliance with approved data and regulations.
• Review maintenance records, logbooks, and certifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that all maintenance personnel and facilities adhere to established quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Identify and report non-compliance issues, assisting in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
• Conduct audits of workshops, tool calibration, and material control processes.
• Stay updated on relevant aviation regulations, airworthiness directives, and company quality policies.

• Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA, EASA, FAA) and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
