- Lead the end-to-end development of new FMCG products from ideation through to commercialization.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to develop innovative formulations and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and experimental design.
- Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior scientists and technicians within the product development team.
- PhD or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 6 years of hands‑on experience in product development , preferably within the FMCG industry .
- Proven ability to manage complex R&D projects from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of formulation science, analytical techniques, and product testing methodologies.
