Research Scientist - Biotechnology

Our client is seeking a dedicated Research Scientist to join their innovative Biotechnology team in Port Elizabeth. This is an on-site position, requiring active participation in laboratory-based research and development. • Design and execute experiments in molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemistry.

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related life science discipline.
• 2-4 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in a research setting.
• Proficiency in key laboratory techniques such as PCR, ELISA, cell culture, and Western blotting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site laboratory environment in Port Elizabeth.
