An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially driven sales professional to join a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing new business and leading a sales team to achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
KeyJob Requirements:
Manage and develop existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Drive sales volumes, revenue targets and profitability
Manage, coach and mentor sales team members
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and conduct business reviews
Coordinate with internal sales to ensure accurate and timely quotations
Ensure customer requirements, product specifications and pricing are met
Monitor stock levels and support on-time, in-full delivery targets
Implement price increases and maintain customer satisfaction
Travel as required and remain available to customers outside normal working hours
Experience:
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a relevant field
Minimum 5 years' sales experience in an FMCG environment
Computer literacy
Proven sales performance, strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills
People management experience and the ability to lead and develop a team
