About the Role

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, challenges, and strengths.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling and support services.

- Advocate for clients' rights and needs within various systems and institutions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Registered Social Worker status in good standing.
- Previous experience working as a social worker in a community-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of social services, community resources, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent counseling, assessment, and case management skills.
- Proficiency in empathetic communication and active listening.
