Social Services Advocate

• Provide direct case management and support services to clients facing social challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in case management, social work, or advocacy roles.
• Strong understanding of social welfare systems and community resources.
• Excellent counseling, active listening, and empathetic communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage sensitive client information.
• Proficiency in relevant software for case management and documentation.
