* Deliver stock timeously and accurately to our retailers in good condition and at the correct temperature.
* Oversee and assist with the offloading of stock at stores and conduct case counts to ensure accuracy.
* Ensure that all paperwork is complete and signed on delivery of stock at stores.
* Resolve delivery queries and complaints through effective investigation and communication with the relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure vehicle pre- and post-checks are done, sufficient fuel for trip, adhering to risk and safety standards, vehicle (cab) cleanliness.
* Report all incidents and accidents immediately.
* Check, verify and return all assets from stores and suppliers in good condition.
* ADHOC – any other requests by management.
