Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to manage their distribution centre operations in Port Elizabeth . This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving, as well as coordinating with the transport team to ensure seamless logistics. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, driving productivity and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

This is a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from storage to delivery in the Eastern Cape region.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with transport planners and drivers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics management role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
