Receiving Stock Dispatch Coordinator

Take ownership of challenging and varied tasks, including:

• Goods quantity verification
• SAP receiving and stock control
• Customer order picking and collections
• Local consolidated shipment support
• Documentation and discrepancy management
• Delivery documentation and POD control

Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the direct superior or Directors in support of departmental and organisational objectives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date receiving, picking and dispatch documentation.

Verify incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documentation and system records.

Identify shortages, excess quantities, incorrect items and damaged goods.

Accurately record discrepancies and elevate them promptly to the relevant Coordinator, Purchasing, Logistics or Management team.

Maintain appropriate records and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.

• Proficiency in SAP transactions relating to goods receiving and stock control.
• Computer literacy, with practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to accurately reconcile physical stock quantities against system records and source documentation.
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to count, measure and verify quantities accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Coordinators, Purchasing, Logistics, Management and customers.
• Practical experience in receiving, warehousing, stock control, order picking and/or dispatch.
• Working knowledge of delivery notes, purchase orders, GRVs, picking lists and POD documentation.
• Understanding of stock verification, stock variances and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
• Experience handling customer collections, local deliveries and consolidated shipments.
• Good understanding of safe goods handling, packaging, labelling and storage practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Drivers Licence is essential.
