We are a modern, fully digital practice with six operatories, strong patient demand, and a well-established reputation for high-quality care. Located on Cape Breton Island, our clinic offers the best of small-town living with access to outdoor recreation, vibrant local culture, and a loyal patient base.
We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our dedicated and supportive team. With 500–600 new patients in 2024 and no local clinics accepting new patients, there is immediate opportunity to build a busy, fulfilling schedule. You’ll benefit from mentorship by the owner-dentist, a skilled team, and a strong focus on comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, endo, prosthodontics, and crown and bridge.
ScheduleFlexible full-time (Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm)

- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
