You will utilize your library technology skills and commitment to access for students and faculty across the campus. Engage directly with users, offering support with library resources, academic integrity, and technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support library services and programs

• Provide on-site and online reference assistance

• Utilize Alma for loan processing and interlibrary requests

• Assist students with Accessible Format Texts needs

• Support technology including Brightspace and library software

Requirements:

• Diploma in Library and Information Technology

• Minimum of one year library experience required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 and LMS tools

• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
