As a Beaver Leader, you will assist the Contact Scouter in managing engaging weekly meetings and events throughout the school year. The program runs weekly from September to May, along with occasional weekend activities, including camps and community service. You’ll play a vital role in supervising youth, managing logistics, and fostering a safe, fun environment that encourages personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and organizing Beaver meetings
• Supervise youth during engaging activities
• Help with set-up and clean-up for events
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants
• Support community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Must be at least 14 years old
• Willingness to undergo background check
• Interest in youth mentorship and support
• Availability for weekly meetings and events
• Passion for scouting and outdoor activities
