Position: Director of Care Leadership Role
Elevate your nursing career as the Director of Care at Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario. This full-time leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care.

As a leader at Hope Street Terrace, you will ensure that nursing and personal care services meet both resident needs and regulatory standards. You will supervise staff, oversee care planning, and lead clinical initiatives while maintaining compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. Your strong clinical judgment and ability to guide teams will play a crucial role in fostering a high standard of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of clinical nursing services

• Ensure development of effective resident care plans

• Manage compliance with long-term care regulations

• Oversee practical and registered nursing staff

• Contribute to quality improvement and incident management

Requirements:

• Current active RN registration with CNO

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in long-term care, 2 years in leadership

• Familiarity with Ontario long-term care laws

• Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification

• Successful vulnerable sector police check
