Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA Port Hueneme, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral deficits. This role acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

• Pay Rate: $85/hr (Local) | $3,859/week (Travel)
• Openings: 2
• Shift Times: AM
• Sites:
  May work at 1 site or 2 sites during the week
• Grade Levels:
  Elementary and Pre-K

• Provide consultation and training to school staff
• Conduct behavioral evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Educate, observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery

• Current BCBA certification from BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
• Preferred: experience providing behavior analytic programs in schools
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
