Pro Sync is seeking a passionate Resource Analyst to help support security and intelligence compliance with policies and regulations, drawing on some of the nation's leading personnel and cybersecurity thought leaders for enhancing, accelerating, and assuring the United States Navy's ability to counter existing and emerging security threats.

The salary for this position ranges from $80-93k based on numerous factors, including education and years of experience.

• Supporting all financial management regulation efforts regarding policies, procedures, practices, etc.
• Analyze trends based on data findings to provide recommendations and support management.
• Developing financial estimates and forecasts.
• Developing and maintaining programs.
• Providing meaningful technical support.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and three years of experience in finance and/or resource planning.
• Allowable substitution:
  High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and nine years in finance and/or resource planning.

• Applying financial management regulations, policies, principles, and practices in order to analyze data, identify trends for management decision‑making, and provide advice on financial management issues.
• Applying qualitative and quantitative methods or techniques to assess and improve program effectiveness.
• Interpreting policies and procedures and providing guidance to others.

• Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• An active Secret clearance is required.
