Navy Logistics Program Manager; Security Clearance

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Port Hueneme, CA.

Education: Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.

• Ten (10) years managing a technical program in support of Weapons System Sustainment and Development.
• Three (3) years of program/project management experience involving the management of acquisition and sustainment programs and the production of logistic products. The experience may run concurrently with ten (10) years of Weapon System sustainment and development management.

• Demonstrated management experience within an Integrated Product Team environment coordinating with engineering, logistics, training, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and fleet and program agencies.
• Demonstrated experience in program plans and schedules derived from an integrated master schedule.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying technical and programmatic risk areas and in developing and implementing risk mitigation plans.
• Demonstrated experience in budget forecasting and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in two (2) or more of the following Logistic Element Management functions:
  Configuration Management, Maintenance Planning, Provisioning, Diminishing Manufacturing Source Material Shortage (DMS Technical Data Management), Training, Sustaining Engineering (Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability), Supply Support, and Computer Resource Support.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Project and MS Excel.
• Demonstrated experience managing products for Navy Combat Weapons Systems.

Compensation: $145K - $175K.
