Position Summary

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one‑to‑one speech‑language therapy to children and young adults (ages birth‑21).
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet patients’ goals.
  • Conduct sessions with parents and caregivers, teaching home‑exercise routines and ensuring skill transfer.
  • Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state licensing and institutional policies.
