: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary... Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available. There are times when you will juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their bakery orders.

• Ensure high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
• Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Maintain the Sales Floor in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas

  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution

  Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them

  Drive area performance; manage high exposure and expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and address customer needs per company policies
