• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and support of fuel transactions; promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures; ensure products are in-stock and the store is presentable.
• Support and develop employees, focusing on retention, identifying qualified applicants, and promoting leadership from within where possible.

• Ability to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching in collaboration with the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Commitment to a clean, safe environment and compliance with health and sanitation procedures; in-stock products.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence; maintain automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
