Sales Consultant – Victra, Verizon Authorized Retailer

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000–$64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate are provided during the first 60 days.
Requirements- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November–December).
- At least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University training program within two weeks of start date. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
