• Generate new sales, retain existing members, and grow overall book of business through multiple product offerings.
• Use sales techniques and strong product knowledge to identify customer‑specific needs, close sales, and retain insureds.
• Meet or exceed sales targets defined in incentive plan and assigned by manager.
• Conduct insurance reviews, assess risk, recommend products, quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Engage in market‑based interactions at business establishments and convenient locations to solicit new business and build rapport.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance, membership, and financial products.

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Active Life license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Obtained and maintained all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Health and Accident licenses and appointments as required within established time frame.
• 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong sales skills with history of developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling techniques and thorough product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong customer focus.
• Ambition, motivation, and drive.
• Knowledge of desktop systems including Microsoft Office applications.

• Guaranteed annual salary of $37,050 plus commissions on sales between 5 % – 22 %.
